The Guidelines are issued by the SSPA as part of a voluntary self-regulatory initiative for the purpose of preventing greenwashing. They are principle-based and aim to establish minimum standards for the sustainability framework that issuers and/or producers apply to identify Structured Products offered in Switzerland that may be presented as sustainable.

On 11 June 2026, we celebrated the 20th anniversary of the SSPA together with our members, partners and friends of the industry. This anniversary provided an opportunity to look back on that journey and, above all, to recognise the people who made it possible.
