TVL Capital becomes a new member of the SSPA

The Swiss Structured Products Association (SSPA) welcomes TVL Capital AG as a new Partner member. The Swiss company specialises in digital asset infrastructure and the tokenisation of Structured Products. With its expertise in connecting traditional financial markets with blockchain-based infrastructure, TVL Capital brings an additional perspective on digital innovation to the Association. The SSPA now comprises a total of 58 members across the entire value chain of the Swiss Structured Products industry.

Zurich – 27 October 2026. The SSPA continues to expand its network and welcomes TVL Capital AG as a new member in the Partner Broker category. Based in the canton of Zug, the company focuses on digital asset infrastructure, tokenisation and strategic advisory services for financial institutions.

TVL Capital is building infrastructure that allows banks and other financial institutions to tokenise Structured Products. At the centre of its offering are Chain-Traded Products (CTPs): Structured Products issued as ledger-based securities under the Swiss DLT Act, connecting traditional issuers with on-chain markets. The underlying issuer, product payoff and investor exposure remain unchanged. Tokenisation gives issuers access to new markets and distribution channels, provides a foundation for on-chain post-trade settlement, and prepares them for capital markets that are becoming increasingly digital. TVL Capital acts as a technology provider rather than an issuer or distributor of Structured Products.

Penny Tunbridge, COO of TVL Capital, comments on the new membership: “Joining the SSPA gives us the opportunity to engage with key participants in the Swiss Structured Products market and contribute our expertise in tokenisation. Issuers can bring their existing products on-chain without changing the product itself, and we look forward to working with those ready to take that step alongside existing market infrastructure.”

58 members across the Structured Products value chain

The SSPA brings together a broad range of market participants and promotes dialogue on developments shaping the Structured Products industry. SSPA President Georg von Wattenwyl welcomes the new member: “We are pleased to welcome TVL Capital to the SSPA. Its expertise in digital assets, tokenisation and blockchain-based infrastructure adds a valuable perspective to our network and contributes to the exchange on technological developments in the Structured Products industry.”
